Archway Roadmaster is under new ownership as road repair specialists Velocity have acquired Archway Roadmaster UK business from Irish parent company, Archway Products.
Founded over 25 years ago as the pioneers of spray-injection patching, Velocity are based in Sunderland and operate a fleet of rear-mounted Velocity Patching machines throughout the UK.
This acquisition solely relates to the UK contracting business of Archway Roadmaster. Machine sales and Service Level Agreements will continue to be managed by Archway Products Ltd in Ireland.
Dominic Gardner, managing director of Velocity Roads Group said: “Archway Roadmaster has a great reputation for delivering services for local authorities and maintenance contractors throughout the UK.
“Our goal is to build on that reputation and grow Archway Roadmaster long into the future. We want this acquisition to be really positive for Archway Roadmaster, its customers and employees.

Archway Roadmaster will continue to run independently, as it is today.
Operationally, all contracts and contacts with the company will remain the same as they were before the change of ownership.
